General note

Developments at Art Center (February 1974): Spectrolab also is sponsoring a current "Save Energy" poster design competition at Art Center, with a $500 scholarship award for the best solution and $2,500 to underwrite production and printing costs. The poster will be made available as widely as possible to factories and business offices, schools, and colleges, and public facilities. In addition, on Wednesday March 20 at 12 noon Bill Yerkes, president of Spectrolab, a dynamic and expert speaker, has graciously agreed to present a one-hour lecture at Art Center on the current status and future potential of solar energy systems.
