Information taken from developments at Art Center, February 1980: Exciting New Industrial Design Term Projects Under Way ... The DuPont project, being undertaken by Ted Youngkin's fourth semester product design class, involves the use of newly developed high strength plastics for wheels of all kinds. This is Dupont's first involvement with Art Center since 1969 when the corporation co-sponsored the Materials and Methods program for ID students.
