This series consists of other program and events that fall outside of the programs in the other series. These were either short-lived programs or one-time events.

Series 3 includes general information about Admissions, including the course catalogs.

The few files in the Alumni series list the school's graduates and track their employment.

The Buildings/Facilities files in Series 5 document the remodeling and construction phase of the school.

The files in Series 7 consist mainly of ephemera related to graduation ceremonies. The Speeches file contains graduation speeches from the Director, as well as many of the guest and student speakers.

This series contains scripts, storyboards and pre-production notes created by students.

The Administrative Files include form letters used by the department.

The reports in Series 2 include Admission Statistics reports, statistics on enrollment, grades, and inquiries by prospective students.

This series consists of copies of a few commencement speeches given at ArtCenter.

The student-produced Grad Books contain photographs of the graduating students in the spirit of a traditional yearbook, while rarely an actual book.

The Projects Series is the bulk of the collection. These files do not contain finished projects, but rather the planning documents, such as: planning documents, correspondence, proposals, budgets, and files on collaborators (people and companies). The files in this series also not a complete record of all of their projects from 2002-2011, but only contain what was transferred to the Archives.
Parte deAlumni Relations
The Administrative Files series contains early bylaws and minutes from the origin of the office. The minutes provide a detailed look into the concerns and projects of the association before it stopped charging membership dues, and only document one year after the change to the ACCDAA. Chronological files maintained by the association secretary are mostly meeting agendas, although some correspondence with members is included. This series also includes recent announcements made by the Office.

The Projects files in series 8 contain records on some of the projects created by the Alumni office.

The Events files in Series 4 document on and off-campus events that the department publicized, especially Super Thursdays.
Parte deTransportation Design Department
Series 3 (Printed Material) contains brochures, event programs, and design contest. Box 2, Folder 15 contains a hand written obituary by Don Kubly on the death of Strother MacMinn.
