Parte de Alumni Relations
The Administrative Files series contains early bylaws and minutes from the origin of the office. The minutes provide a detailed look into the concerns and projects of the association before it stopped charging membership dues, and only document one year after the change to the ACCDAA. Chronological files maintained by the association secretary are mostly meeting agendas, although some correspondence with members is included. This series also includes recent announcements made by the Office.
Parte de Product Design Department
The few administrative files consist mainly of lists of students in product design classes.
The Administrative Files highlight the many functions of the department. Of interest are the two folders on courses the department offered to students to prepare them for their careers.
The administrative files reflect the CSE's work with student orientations, international students, events, and the Student Leadership Award.
Parte de George Jergenson papers
This series contains personal materials including biographical notes with ancestral origins and lists of events written by George and Theda, including their transition to Detroit . General Motors bonus receipts, a handwritten ledger of earnings and taxes until 1974, and detailed accounts of his departure from Art Center are also present.

The files in the Library Administration series contain information about planning and statistics related to the library. Of special note are the files on the library at Art Center (Europe).
Parte de Exhibitions and Galleries
The Administrative files are various files Nowlin created in the administration of his position. The correspondence files consist of cards and letters from friends, colleagues, and local arts organizations offering congratulations on exhibitions and thanks for tours. Of interest is the file on the school's original website, for which Nowlin served as art director and producer from 1997 to 2001.

The administrative files consist of consist primarily of materials related to the "Beyond Glory: Stories of Mack and Jack Robinson", an undergraduate project led by Media Design Program instructors Andrew Davidson & Allison Goodman with undergraduate instructor Laura Silva, in the summer of 1997.

The Administrative Files in Series 1 consist of correspondence, budgets, and documentation of programs and projects of the department.
Parte de Toyota Lecture collection
These posters announced visiting speakers who were part of the Toyota Motor Corporation Endowed Lecture Program. The lectures were given by art and design professionals working in fields directly related to Art Center's departments, as well as architects, writers, historians, critics, and social commentators.
In June 2009, the name of the lecture series changed to The Big Picture.

The Administrative Files document the varied responsibilities and endeavors of the department.
Parte de Illustration Department
The bulk of the series is subject files regarding sponsored projects and competitions, especially posters for organizations or events. There are a few departmental files, such as budget, policies and faculty reviews.
Parte de President's Office
The Administrative Files consist mainly of files regarding the Fairchild Foundation, created in his role as Director of Development. There are also a few files about issues with the new building.
Parte de Transportation Design Department
Corporate sponsored project files form Series 1. The majority of the work here pertains to corporate sponsored automobile design projects. Included are scope of the projects, letters of intent, class schedules, lists of students assigned to projects, and various memos and faxes pertaining to the funding, time requirements, and/or timing of the specified project.

The Administrative Files series contains curriculum, syllabi, and printed materials announcing department events.

The Programs list the graduating students (by department in later years) and the guest speaker.
Parte de Designmatters
The Administrative Series documents some of the meetings, reports, and fundraising opportunities from the department as well as some course proposals.

The few files in this series consist of administrative records and reports from the Public Programs department.
