Faculty Project Grants and Stipends

The Faculty Enrichment Grants series includes the recipient applications as well as acceptance letters and guidelines. Final reports and project files are located in the Faculty Project Grant collection.


Series 5 consists of general recruitment posters. The 2006 posters feature artwork by alumni Calef Brown (ILLU 1988) and Ann Elliot Cutting (PHOT 1987).

Donor Recognition

The Donor Recognition series mainly contains invitations to donor events.


The files in the Appeals series consist mostly of mass-produced mailings and reports documenting the outreach efforts and major College appeals throughout the years.


The Events series mainly contains invitations to fundraising events, including all of the printed materials for the Car Classic series.


Materials from Leah Hoffmitz Milken's teaching career at ArtCenter College of Design and Otis College of Art and Design, including material related to individual courses and student work.

Printed Materials

Series 3 (Printed Material) contains brochures, event programs, and design contest. Box 2, Folder 15 contains a hand written obituary by Don Kubly on the death of Strother MacMinn.

Public Service Announcements

This series contains proposals, storyboards and pre-production notes for possible Public Service Announcements. The folders are titled with the agency or organization when available.

Student Handbooks

The student handbooks in Series 2 are distributed to new students at orientation and contain all the guidelines and regulations a student needs for their Art Center years.

Administrative Files

Giving Groups

The Giving Groups series contains a sub-series for each giving group including: Art Center 100, Art Center Circle, Art Center Partners, and Legacy Circle. The files mainly consist of appeals and invitations to events.
