Biographical history

Sherwin Tilton (PHOT 1975) was born in Riverside, California on October 22, 1952. He studied film and photography while at Art Center. He produced and directed a short film called Owen starring actress Karen Black. In his later years, he was a Realtor. He returned to Art Center in 2004 to visit and donated his Alumni I.D. Card to the Archives. He died on August 28, 2008 in Los Angeles.

Alumni Identification Card issued to Sherwin Tilton for use as a library card. The card is actually a Student Identification Card with the word "Student" crossed off and "Alumni" handwritten above it.
